欢迎使用面具 App（以下简称"本应用"）。使用本应用前，请仔细阅读以下条款。使用本应用即表示您同意本协议。

1. 服务内容

本应用提供社交面具心理分析服务，包括但不限于：

• 面具类型识别与记录
• 心理画像分析
• 深度心理解析报告（需付费解锁）
• 趋势分析与成长建议

2. 使用条件

• 您必须年满 13 周岁方可使用本应用
• 您同意仅将本应用用于个人自我认知和成长目的
• 您不得将本应用的分析结果用于任何商业目的或作为专业心理咨询的替代

3. 付费服务

• 本应用提供应用内购买功能，由 Apple App Store 处理支付
• 付费内容一经购买，不支持退款（Apple App Store 退款政策除外）
• 购买状态与您的 Apple ID 绑定，更换设备后可通过"恢复购买"找回

4. 知识产权

本应用的所有内容（包括但不限于文字、图片、界面设计、心理分析文本）均受知识产权法保护。未经授权，不得复制、修改、分发或以其他方式使用本应用的任何内容。

5. 免责声明

• 本应用提供的心理分析仅供自我认知参考，不构成专业心理咨询、诊断或治疗建议
• 如您正在经历心理困扰，请寻求专业心理咨询师或医生的帮助
• 本应用不对因使用或无法使用本应用而导致的任何直接或间接损失承担责任

6. 服务变更与终止

我们保留随时修改、暂停或终止本应用服务的权利，恕不另行通知。

7. 适用法律

本协议受中华人民共和国法律管辖。如本协议的任何条款被认定为无效，该条款应在可执行的最大范围内执行，其余条款继续有效。

Welcome to Shell App (hereinafter referred to as "this App"). Please read the following terms carefully before using this App. By using this App, you agree to these Terms.

This App provides social mask psychological analysis services, including but not limited to:

• Mask type identification and recording
• Psychological profile analysis
• Deep psychological analysis reports (requires in-app purchase)
• Trend analysis and growth suggestions

2. Conditions of Use

• You agree to use this App solely for personal self-awareness and growth purposes
• You shall not use the analysis results of this App for any commercial purpose or as a substitute for professional psychological counseling

3. Paid Services

• This App offers in-app purchases processed through the Apple App Store
• Paid content is non-refundable once purchased (except as provided by Apple App Store refund policy)
• Purchase status is linked to your Apple ID and can be restored on a new device via "Restore Purchases"

4. Intellectual Property

All content in this App (including but not limited to text, images, interface design, and psychological analysis text) is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content of this App without authorization.

5. Disclaimer

• The psychological analysis provided by this App is for self-awareness reference only and does not constitute professional psychological counseling, diagnosis, or treatment advice
• If you are experiencing psychological distress, please seek help from a professional counselor or doctor
• This App shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use this App

6. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the services of this App at any time without prior notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
